I was very happy with the service I received at Aspen Dental. The front desk staff made my signing in and paper work easy. The staff was great after I got back behind the curtains and the Doctor was very pleasant and thorough. Again the front staff was helpful with payment options and explained everything to me. I left there feeling very positive about my very first visit. Ralph Sierra

To the receptionist that was a sweetheart named Ashley, thank you again. She was able to reassure any questions I had and made my experience comfortable. An understanding, helpful nice person to have after an exceptional staff that took care of you.

I got extraction & fillings done two separate days. Very quick to schedule for procedure. You get called back to room fairly fast but then wait almost 1 hour for the doctor to come in to perform any care. Once the procedure is done the doctor just walks out and doesn’t talk with you at all which I found weird. The nurses are MOSTLY nice as well as front desk staff. Would improve on wait time & communication from the doctor.

I had issues calling the place. I had called three days in a row and put on hold for over 15 minutes at a time. Never got to speak to no one. Everyone was friendly when I was there. The phone rang and they just looked at it. The dentist did find a problem I told mine about. My dentist said there was no issue. The place was also dirty! I think they only have one dentist on staff.

The worst dental office I have ever been to. The only reason I’d even allow 1 star is because I can’t do 0 stars, but the oral surgeon and receptionist are nice. Everyone else not so much, especially the dentist Dr. Williams. My fiancé has extreme dental anxiety and a very bad gag reflex. His first language is also not English, though he is fluent he still gets confused. With that being said our first visit when the assistant asked his birthday, he paused, which she responded with “you have to think about it?” And not in a joking tone, more annoyed. The rest of that appointment was okay, with Dr. Williams being very monotoned and didn’t seem to care too much about my fiancé’s appointment. When my fiancé came home one day after his fillings, he was CRYING. He said that his gag reflex was pretty bad during the appointment, and he gagged twice at the end which made Dr. Williams put down his tools and said “we are done here”. He didn’t say anything else to my fiancé and left. He felt very disrespected and upset. Next thing you know, two days later his fillings FELL OUT. At that point we made an appointment with my dentist to get a second opinion on some things as we were not happy wit
